Dog Licensing
To keep things running smoothly and safely for everyone—dogs, owners, and our team, please take a moment to read through our policies:
Hours of Operation
Urban Dog operates Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:00 p.m.
Closed on statutory holidays
Additional charges apply for any walks booked outside of regular business hours.
Holiday bookings are billed at double rate.
Cancellation Policy
24 hours notice is required for all cancellations. Less than 24 hours notice, full charge applies.
All dogs must be licensed in the municipality where you live.
Collars & Harnesses
All dogs must wear a secure collar and/or harness.
Identification
Your dog’s collar must have an ID tag with owners current contact info.
Trail Safety & Liability
Owners are responsible for their dog’s behavior.
If your dog bites or injures another dog/person, you are responsible for all medical/vet bills.
If your dog is injured on the trail, vet bills are also the owner’s responsibility.
Park Use Fee
Dogs in group walks, boarding, or daycare must pay a $60 annual park use fee (prorated if joining mid-year).
