Urban dog is all about trail time. We walk in the North Vancouver and West Vancouver area. We choose trails that are safe, commercial dog walker friendly, and suited to the groups energy and needs. Our dogs get to explore the North shore mountains, rivers, beaches and the forest trails in between.

Group walks are minimum 1 hour on trail.

Private walks are 30 minutes.

Senior Strolls are 30 minutes.

Full day of fun are 2 walks, minimum 1 hour each walk.

Puppy breaks are 15 mins of fun play time

We walk small, manageable groups, typically 4 to 6 dogs per walker. Depending on temperament, energy levels, and trail conditions.

Yes! We believe consistency is key. Your dog will be walked by the same trusted walker each time, allowing them to build a strong bond and feel comfortable on every outing.

Because we are a small, owner operated business, your dog won’t be passed between a rotating team of strangers. We get to know your dogs personality, quirks, and routine. And that makes all the difference. In rare cases(like vacations or emergencies) we’ll always let you know in advance and ensure your dog is walked by someone familiar and experienced.

We’ll schedule a quick in person intro so we can meet your dog, answer any questions, and make sure its a great fit.

Once everything is set, we schedule your dogs first adventure.

Most clients provide us with a key, door code, or fob so we can safely and securely access your home when you are not there. We treat your home with the same respect and care as we do your dog. All keys and codes are kept confidential and secure, and only myself and your assigned walker will have access. We can discuss the best and most comfortable option for you.

Your dogs safety is our top priority. In the rare event of an emergency, whether health issue, injury, or unexpected situation, we do our best to act quickly and calmly. Assess the situation, Contact you right away, Seek veterinary care if needed.

We understand that not every dog is comfortable in group settings or off leash environments. For dogs who prefer solo time, are reactive or shy we offer private one on one walks customized to their needs. We regularly walk dogs who must stay on leash , whether its due to training , recall issues, age, medical reasons, or simply owner preference.
